Green chaï tea smoothie

*Tip : Brew more tea and make ice cubes with the remaining tea; you can easily introduce them into your smoothies!

Ingredients

  • 175ml (¾ cup) of infusion of maple water with green tea “spicy chai”
  • 125 ml (½ cup) 0% coconut yogurt
  • 15ml (1 tbsp) maple syrup
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) pineapple
  • 4 ice cream infusion of maple water with green tea “spicy chai”
  • 1 small pinch of salt

Methods

  1. Mix all ingredients in a blender and serve immediately.
