Raw energy bars

These home-made energy bars are nutritious and SO SIMPLE to make!

  • Servings : 12

Ingredients

  • 2 cups (500 ml) bran flake cereal or your favorite cereal
  • 1 cup (250 ml) quick oats
  • 175 ml (¾ cup) honey
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) peanut butter
  • 60 ml (¼ cup) walnuts
  • 125 ml (½ cup) raisins
  • 125 ml (½ cup) dried cranberries
  • 125 ml (½ cup) coconut (optional)

Methods

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a large bowl. Tip: use your hands!
  2. Spread in a mold and refrigerate before serving.
